I ordered this model although it is not "SWISS MADE" model of Invicta Venom. It Is only "SWISS". That means it made somewhere in far east using swiss movement (different to ordinary Invicta Venom models). It is clearly visible coz chronograph small dials are differently positioned. But that is the only difference of this amazon model. The rest remains the same. Craftmanship is exactly same I think. I can see no difference among this model and swiss made Venoms 5730 and 5729 I have here on my table right now. And I have to admit that amazon model is the most beautifull of all of them. So... If somebody likes this kind of watch do not worry to order this model. I m satisfied......

I bought this watch as a gift for my girlfriend. I have seen invicta before but never really paid much attention to them, but at the time of purchase the watch was a great deal. When it arrived I was very impressed, the pictures online do not due the watch justice. Although the diamonds are very small they still sparkle and draw attention to the wrist. The best feature by far is the brilliant mother of pearl face. The watch is solid, not overlly heavy, but enough so that it doesnt feel cheap. Additionally, the watch comes in a leather wrapped box.

Rather than an alarm, it has an additional dial to extended the stopwatch range to 100 minutes. The tachymeter markings on the bezel are deeply engraved so they won't scratch off. The crystal is sapphire to prevent scratching. The band has a mix of brushed and polished segments that is nicely done. The buckle is hidden when the band is closed; it looks like continuous links all the way around. It looks and feels like a very high quality item. It's nicer than I expected when ordering it.

the sturdy and easily operated band. Also the dial is easy to read, and overall it seems to be a nicely built time piece. One thing I want to comment is that don't expect to see a lot of "diamonds". Although the 12 diamonds are genuine, they are extremely tiny. The picture here shows that they are sizable, but keep in mind it's being magnified to much larger view. When I hold it in my hand, I had to look rather hard to notice the diamonds. I would say this is a fine watch one could wear day to day, but not a jewelry watch reserves for special occasion.

This is exactly what I was looking for - big and chunky. I had to have a TON of links removed as the chain was huge. Also, it took awhile to figure out how to get the watch on and off. In fact, the jeweler had to sit with me for 5 minutes so I could figure it out. The jeweler said he'd never seen a clasp so difficult before. Other than that, the watch is stunning. Huge, chunky and certainly NOT cheap looking as other reviewers have stated. It looks bold. It is not a dainty little timepiece but rather a bold fashion statement. Looks exactly as pictured.
